Abstract

Latar belakang : Kebakaran merupakan peristiwa yang bermula dari api kecil dan dapat menjadi besar jika disekelilingnya terdapat banyak bahan yang dapat memicu atau memperbesar api. Kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh kebakaran antara lain kerugian harta benda, kerugian sosial, bahkan kematian. Faktor penyebab kebakaran penyebab umum dari kebakaran di tempat kerja adalah kelalaian dan kesalahan manusia. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran umum proteksi kebakarakan di PT. X. Metode: Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara menggunakan checklist dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Variabel pada penelitian ini proteksi kebakaran yang meliputi proteksi aktif dan proteksi pasif serta unit penanggulangan kebakaran. Hasil: hasil penelitian dilakukan pada 5 gedung yaitu kantor, medis, safety, security dan power plant menunjukkann bahwa springkel, detektor kebakaran, alat pemadam api ringan, konstruksi tahan api, pintu dan jendela tahan api, bahan pelapis interior, penghalang api dan asap di semua gedung PT. X tidak sesuai dengan Permenpu No. 26/PRT/M/2008. Terdapat 1 pompa pemadam kebakaran yang sesuai dengan SNI 03-1745-2000. Terdapat petugas peran kebakaran, regu penanggulangan, koordinator unit penanggulangan kebakaran di PT. X sudah sesuai dengan dengan standar acuan serta tidak terdapat ahli K3 penanggulangan kebakaran di PT. X. Kesimpulan: Proteksi Kebakaran di PT. X Kabupaten Banjarnegara tidak sesuai dengan Permenpu No. 26/PRT/M/2008. Kata Kunci : Kebakaran, Proteksi Kebakaran , Unit Penanggulangan Kebakaran Background: Fire is an accident that occurs from a small fire and can become larger if there are a lot of flamable materials nearby. Losses that are caused by fire include loss of property, social losses, even death. The common causes the fire in the workplace are negligence and human error. The purpose of this research is to know the general description of the protection of kebakarakan in PT. X. Method: It was a descriptive research surveys with observations and interviews with checklist using the cross-sectional approach. The variable in this research was a fire protection including, active protection and passive protection as well as fire prevention unit. Results: the results of research was conducted on five buildings such as, office, medical, safety, security and power plant show ed that sprinkel, fire detector, fire extinguisher, fire retardant construction, fire-resistant door and window, interior coating material, fire and smoke barriers in all buildings at PT. X does not comply with Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 26 / PRT / M / 2008. There was 1 fire pump in accordance with SNI 03-1745-2000. There were fire officers, fire control team, coordinator of fire safety unit at PT. X is in accordance with the reference standards and there is no Occupational Health and Safety expert of fire countermeasures at PT. X. Conclusion: A fire protection at PT. X Banjarnegara Regency does not comply with Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 26 / PRT / M / 2008. Keywords: Fire, Fire Protections, Fire control Unit
