Abstract
Kata Kunci : Aedes aegypti, Kerentanan insektisida, Cypermethrin, Malathion Background: People in the plains of endemic prefer using insecticides to eradicate the vector. This creates mosquito resistance to insecticides. Methods: observational research with cross sectional study subjects Aedes aegypti with independent variables using the active ingredient insecticide Cypermethrin 0.05% and Malathion 5% with standard tast WHO Susceptibility test. Results: Mortality Aedes aegypti in Regional Health Center Mranggen 1 which ranges from 0% to 100% with an age of 62% were classified as resistant. Only in Sub Kembangarum with active ingredient Malathion 5% were found to be vulnerable, and there is no difference in the status of susceptibility to insecticides (0.093) or (p>0.05%), but there are differences in susceptibility status to the status of endemicity (0.043%) or (p <0.05%) and no difference in the status of susceptibility to insecticides interaction withstatus endemicity(p> 0.05%). Conclusion: There is no difference in susceptibility status of Aedes aeypti the interaction with the insecticide active ingredient endemicity status. Keywords: Aedes aegypti, insecticide susceptibility, Cypermethrin, Malathion
