Abstract

Kata kunci: Behaviour based safety, pekerja konstruksi. Conclusion: Factors related to behaviour based safety are characteristics (age, education, working period), management (communication, supervision, regulation policy) and availability of facilities/ APD. factors that are not related to behaviour based safety are knowledge. Whereas, a very dominant factor associated with behaviour based safety is the availability of facilities/ APD and age. Keywords: Behaviour based safety, construction workers.
