Abstract
Kata kunci: tindakan tidak aman (unsafe action), faktor penyebab, perbaikan kapal Background: Unsafe action can occured in shipyard because a ship reapair work at risk to do error and unsafe action that caused work accident. Causative factors unsafe action is a factor age, lack of knowledge, work attitude (use PPE), obedience, fatigue, carelessness, and workload so on, and implementation of occupational safety and health. This research purpose is to know correlation implementation of occupational safety and health, between knowledge about hazard and risk, PPE usage, and workload with unsafe action. Method: Research is using this method observational analytic with cross sectional approach and analyez with rank spearman. This is with total sampling 54 respondents. Result: most of the worker’s less in implementation of occupational safety and health (50,0%), , knowlegde about hazard and risk is enough (55,6%), majority don’t use complete PPE (48,60%) with frequency of use 5-7 days, majority the worker’s workload (90,7%) and all respondence is unsafe action. There was correlation implementation of occupational safety and health (p=0,000), knowlagde about hazard and risk (p=0,000), PPE usage (p=0,002) and workload (p=0,001) with unsafe action. Conclusion: there were correlation between implementation of occupational safety and health, knowledge about hazard and risk, PPE usage, and workload with unsafe action. Keyword: unsafe action, the factors associated, ship reapair work
