Abstract

Latar Belakang : Adanya unmeet need menunjukkan bahwa terdapat masalah pada kebutuhan reproduksi. Akses pelayanan KB dan informasi KB menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi unmet need. Informasi tentang KB banyak diperoleh PUS melalui penyuluhan dan konseling yang diberikan oleh PLKB. Sebagian besar Kabupaten dan Kota di Jawa Tengah 62,86% cakupan unmet need yang diperoleh pada tahun 2015 tidak memenuhi target dari RPJMD, salah satunya Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kinerja PLKB dan jumlah sarana pelayanan KB dengan cakupan unmet need KB di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Metode : Jenis penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross Sectional. Populasi dan sampel yaitu keseluruhan kelompok PLKB berdasarkan kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Pekalongan yang berjumlah 19 Kecamatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan analisis data menggunakan korelasi spearman rank. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar kinerja PLKB sangat baik (68,4%), Jumlah sarana pelayanan KB sedikit (52,6%), cakupan unmet need tidak tercapai (42,1%), dan variabel yang berhubungan dengan cakupan unmet need KB yaitu variabel kinerja PLKB dengan nilai p-Value = 0,015 (<0,05), sedangkan variabel jumlah sarana pelayanan KB tidak berhubungan dengan cakupan unmet need KB (nilai p-Value = 0,214 (>0,05)). Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan kinerja PLKB dengan cakupan unmet need KB. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Pelayanan KB, Unmet need Background: The presence of unmeet need suggests that there are problems with reproductive needs. The acces KB services and KB information is one of the factors effecting unmet need. Lost of information about KB is resulted PUS from elucidation and counseling provided by PLKB. Most of the regencies and city in Central Java is 62.86% of unmet need coverage obtained in 2015 didn’t meet the targets of RPJMD, one of them is Pekalongan Regency. This study aims to analyze the relationship between PLKB performance and the number of KB with unmet need coverage KB in Pekalongan Regency. Method: Types of quantitative analytical research with cross sectional approach. Population and sample are 19 districts. The type of data used is secondary data, with data analysis using spearman rank correlation. Results: The results of this study indicate that the performance of PLKB is very good (68.4%), the number of family planning facilities is slightly (52.6%), unmet need coverage is not reached (42.1%), and the variables related to unmet need KB coverage are performance variables PLKB with p-Value = 0,015 (<0,05), whereas variable of family planning service is not related to unmet need of KB (p-Value = 0,214 (> 0,05)).
