Abstract
Latar belakang :virus zika adalah flavivirus yang ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk yang teridentifikasi virus zika, pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan microchepaly dan syndrome Guillain Barre.Tujuan penelitian : untuk menilai pengetahuan, sikap dan praktek tentang virus zika pada mahasiswa prodi-prodi kesehatan di UnimusMetode : penelitian ini melibatkan 160 sampel mahasiswa dari jumlah populasi 647 mahasiswa dari 8 prodi kesehatan di Unimus, mencakup karakteristik mahasiswa (umur dan jenis kelamin), sumber informasi, menilai pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik dan menganalisis pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik mahasiswa tentang virus zika pada prodi-prodi kesehatan di Unimus. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan di uji dengan uji anova dan kruskal wallis. Hasil : Rata-rata umur mahasiswa berumur 19 tahun. Mahasiswa yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki berjumlah 29 mahasiswa dan perempuan berjumlah 131 mahasiswa. Informasi mahasiswa tentang virus zika dari media tv sebanyak 76 mahasiswa (47,5%) yang melalui media kampus sebanyak 17 mahasiswa (10,6%) dan yang dari media elektronik sebanyak 67 mahasiswa (41,9%). Nilai pengetahuan tertinggi prodi D3 Keperawatan dengan nilai rata-rata 9,70. Nilai sikap tertinggi prodi D3 Analis Kesehatan dengan nilai rata-rata 16,05 dan nilai praktik tertinggi prodi S1 Gizi dengan nilai rata-rata 4,10. Kesimpulan : Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik tentang virus zika pada mahasiswa prodi-prodi kesehatan di Unimus ( p = 0,006, p = 0,004, p = 0,011). Kata Kunci :Virus zika, universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang, fakultas ilmu keperawatan dan kesehatan, fakultas kesehatan masyarakat. Background: zika virus is a flavivirus that is transmitted through mosquito bites identified zika virus, in pregnant women can cause microchepaly and Guillain Barre syndrome. Objective: To assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices of zika virus in the students of the health program in Unimus. Method: This study involved 160 student samples from the total population of 647 students from 8 health programs in Unimus, covering student characteristics (age and sex) , sources of information, assesses knowledge, attitudes and practices and analyzes students' knowledge, attitudes and practices on zika viruses in the health program at Unimus. Data collection was interviewed and tested by anova and kruskal wallis test. Results: The average age of 19-year-old students. Students of male gender amounted to 29 students and women amounted to 131 students. Student information about zika virus from tv media is 76 students (47,5%) through media campus as many as 17 students (10,6%) and from electronic media 67 student (41,9%). The highest value of D3 Nursing Prodi with an average grade of 9.70. The highest attitudinal value of D3 of Health Analysts with an average score of 16.05 and the highest practice score of S1 undergraduate program with an average grade of 4.10. Conclusion: There is a significant difference between the knowledge, attitudes and practice of zika virus in the students of the health program at Unimus (p = 0.006, p = 0.004, p = 0.011).
