Abstract

Urinalisis merupakan salah satu metode pemeriksaan penunjang yang efektif dan komprehensif. Penundaan dilakukannya pemeriksaan urine dapat menyebabkan perubahan urilanalisis sehingga dapat mengubah diagnosis dan tatalaksana pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penundaan sampel urin terhadap kadar glukosa dan berat jenis urine pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Bawen pada bulan Februari 2017. Pengambilan sampel metode analitik observasional dengan rancangan studi cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 6 spesimen urine. Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah glukosa dan berat jenis urine pada penderita diabetes mellitus, sedangkan variabel bebas penundaan sampel urine penderita diabetes mellitus. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Kruskal Wallis. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil penundaan glukosa urine p = 0,007 menunjukkan p < 0,05 ada pengaruh kadar glukosa urine. Penundaan berat jenis urine p = 0,246 menunjukkan p > 0,05 tidak ada pengaruh berat jenis. Kata Kunci : Penundaan Urine, Glukosa, Berat Jenis. Urinalysis is one of the effective and comprehensive supporting method. Urine examination postpone may lead to changes in urinalysis so it can changes diagnosis and patient proceeding. This research aim to determine the effect of urine sample postponement against glucose level and specific gravity in people with diabetes mellitus. This research used observational analytic method. It was conducted at Puskesmas Bawen in February 2017. Observational analytic method sampling used cross sectional study design with 6 specimens urine sample. The dependent variable in this research are glucose level and urine specific gravity in people with diabetes mellitus, while the independent variable is urine sample postponement of people with diabetes mellitus. Data analysis techniques in this research using Kruskal Wallis. This research obtained the result of urine glucose postponement p = 0,007 shows p < 0,05 which mean there is an effect of urine glucose level. Urine specific gravity postponement p = 0,246 shows p > 0,05 which mean there is no effect of specific gravity. Keywords : Urine postpone, glucose, specific gravity
