Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan tempat pemberi pelayanan kesehatan yang harus memberikan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien kepada pasien. Salah satu bentuk pelayanan dirumah sakit adalah untuk memberikan pelayanan yang prima untuk menciptakan kepuasan pada pasiennya terutama dengan waktu tunggu yang singkat. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi lambatnya waktu tunggu pemeriksaan Hbs Ag pasien poliklinik bedah rawat jalan, yang terkadang disebabkan karena kedatangan dokter yang terlambat. Jika waktu tunggu pasien lama juga akan mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mendeskriptifkan waktu tunggu pemeriksaan HBsAg pasien poliklinik bedah rawat jalan, Mendeskriptifkan kepuasan pasien poliklinik bedah rawat jalan, Menganalisis hubungan waktu tunggu pemeriksaan Hbs Ag dengan kepuasan pasien poliklinik bedah rawat jalan diinstalasi laboratorium klinik RSUD Dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif non eksperimen, desain yang digunakan adalah Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 30 pasien. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi square α = 0,05. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan distribusi kepuasan pasien adalah merasa Puas sebanyak 86,67% (26 orang) dan yang merasa tidak puas 3,33 % (2 orang). Kemudian waktu tunggu pemeriksaan Hbs Ag pasien poliklinik bedah rawat jalan sudah sesuai standar (< 45 menit) lebih besar yaitu 70 % (21orang) daripada waktu tunggu yang tidak sesuai standar (> 45 menit ) yaitu sebesar 30 % (9orang). Uji statistik Chi square hubungan antara waktu tunggu pemeriksaan HBs Ag dengan kepuasan pasien poliklinik bedah rawat jalan didapat hasil ρ value 0,001 (< 0,01) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara waktu tunggu pemeriksaan HBs Ag dengan kepuasan pasien poliklinik bedah rawat jalan di instalasi laboratorium RSUD Dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu. Kata Kunci : Waktu tunggu pemeriksaan Hbs Ag, kepuasan pasien Hospitals were places where health care providers should provide effective and efficient services to patients. One form of hospital service is to provide excellent service to create satisfaction in patients, especially with a short waiting time.One of the factors influencing the slow waiting time of Hbs Ag examination is the outpatient polyclinic patient, which is sometimes caused by late arrival of the doctor. If the waiting time of the old patient will also affect the level of patient satisfaction with the service. The purpose of this study is to Describe the waiting time of examination of HBs Ag patient polyclinic surgery outpatient, Describe the satisfaction of patient polyclinic surgery outpatient, Analyzing the relation of waiting time examination Hbs Ag with patient satisfaction polyclinic surgery outpatient clinic laboratory installed RSUD Dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu. This research is a non experimental Quantitative research, the design used is Descriptive with cross sectional approach. The number of samples used 30 patients. Instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi square test α = 0,05. The result of this research is based on satisfaction of patient distribution is satisfied as much 86,67% (26 people) and dissatisfied 3,33% (2 person). Then the waiting time for Hbs Ag patient examination of outpatient clinic polyclinic (<45 min) is greater than 70% (21 person) from the non-standard waiting time (> 45 min) which is 30% (9 person)The result of this study is based on statistical test of Chi square relationship between waiting time of HBs Ag examination with patient satisfaction of outpatient clinic poliklinik obtained ρ value 0,001 (<0,01) then Ho refused and Ha accepted. This shows that there is correlation between waiting time of HBs Ag examination with patient satisfaction of outpatient clinic polyclinic at RSUD hospital laboratory. R. Soeprapto Cepu.
