Abstract

Transfusi darah merupakan pemberian infus seluruh darah atau komponen darah dari donor ke resipien dengan syarat terjadi kecocokan antara antigen sel darah merah donor dan antibodi plasma atau serum resipien sehingga tidak terjadi reaksi hemolitik. Komponen whole blood terdiri atas plasma darah dan butir darah (eritrosit). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung jumlah eritrosit dan menganalisa perbedaan jumlah eritrosit pada whole blood segera dan masa simpan 1,3 dan 7 hari. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 9 sediaan whole blood segera dan simpan 1,3 dan 7 hari dari semua populasi sediaan whole blood yang ada di Bank Darah RSUD Bendan Pekalongan pada bulan Juli 2017. Kemudian sampel diperiksa jumlah eritrosit dengan menggunakan alat hematology analizer.Hasil penelitian ini adalah jumlah rata-rata hitung eritrosit dari 9 sampel sediaan whole blood pada masa simpan segera adalah 4,57 x 106/uI,masa simpan 1 hari 4,32 x 106/uI,masa simpan 3 hari 4,17 x 106/uI, masa simpan 7 hari 4,07 x 106/uI.Hasil Uji One Way Anova p = 0,000 (α < 0,05 ). Maka Ho di tolak yang artinya ada perbedaan yang segnifikan jumlah eritrosit pada whole blood akibat perbedaan masa simpan.Hasil uji post hoc pada lama simpan 7 hari p-value 0,032(α < 0,05 ) maka Ho ditolak yang artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada jumlah eritrosit karena perbedaan lama simpan. Kata kunci : transfusi whole blood, jumlah eritrosit, lama simpan Blood transfusion is infusion of all blood or blood component from donor to recipient with condition to match between red blood cell antigen donor and plasma antibody or serum rescipient so that does not happened reaction of haemolytic. Whole blood component consists of plasma blood and blood grains (erythrocytes) . The purpose of this study is to calculate the amount of erythrocyte counts in whole blood supply immediately and save 1,3,7 days. This study was an experiment the sample used was 9 whole blood supply immediately and save 1,3 and 7 days from all pockets population whole blood in blood bank RSUD Bendan Pekalongan in july 2017 .Then the sample examined the amount of erytocytes using hematologic analyzer. The result of the examination showed the average number of erythrocyte counts from 9 samples of whole blood supply in the immediate shelf life was 4,57 x 106/uI ,1 day saving time is 4,32 x 106/uI, 3 day saving time is 4,17 x 106/uI. save time of 7 days is 4,07 x 106/ uI.One way anova test result p-value of 0,000 ( α < 0,05) then Ho is rejected which means there is significant difference in the number of erythrocytes whole blood due to differences in self life.The result of Post Hoc test on the self store 7 days p value 0,032 ( α < 0,05) , then Ho is rejected which means there is a significant difference in the amount of erythrocytes due to the difference in saving time. keyword : transfusion whole blood, amount of erythrocytes , long save
