Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran suspect TB di lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggal penderita TB Paru di wilayah Sambiroto Semarang. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif. Sampel diambil sujumlah 30 suspect dari 3 titik tempat tinggal penderita TB Paru, dari 1 titik tempat tinggal penderita diambil 10 orang suspect yang masuk dalam screening penjaringan dengan kriteria responden adalah anggota keluarga yang tinggal serumah, tetangga dekat dan sering berkomunikasi secara langsung, kemudian diperiksa sampel dahaknya yaitu dahak SPS. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan suspect BTA dengan hasil positif sejumlah 4 sampel dari total 30 sampel atau sebesar 13 %. Kata Kunci : TB Paru, Suspect TB Paru, Sambiroto Semarang This study aims to determine the picture of suspect TB in the environment around the Positive TB patient living in the Sambiroto region of Semarang. The type of research is descriptive research. Samples were taken in 30 suspects from 3 point where the patient lived Positive Tuberculosis that is from 1 point of residence of the patient was taken 10 person suspect that entering in screening of pursuant to criterion of respondent is family member who live at home with patient of Tuberculosis, near neighbors and often communicate in directly, then examined sputum samples are SPS.
