Abstract
Hemoglobin A1c adalah komponen minor hemoglobin yang berkaitan dengan glukosa. Hemoglobin adalah pigmen pembawa oksigen yang memberi warna pada sel eritrosit. Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit gangguan metabolik menahun yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemia. Diabetes tanpa pengobatan yang tepat dan tidak terkontrol akan menimbulkan efek komplikasi akut dan kronis. Diagnosis diabetes dapat ditegakkan dengan pemeriksaan gula darah dan HbA1c ( glikasi hemoglobin). Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapat gambaran hubungan HbA1c dan kadar gula darah. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian analitik. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 pasien yang diperiksa kadar gula darah dengan menggunakan alat Biolis 24i dan kadar HbA1c menggunakan alat PA 54. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan rata-rata kadar HbA1c 7.9%, sedangkan rata-rata kadar gula darah 200.77 mg/dl. Uji normalitas data menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan dilanjutkan uji Pearson korelasi diperoleh nilai kemaknakan 0.000 dengan taraf kemaknaan 0.05 yaitu 0.000 <0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan kadar HbA1c dengan kadar gula darah. Kata kunci : Diabetes melitus, gula darah, HbA1c Hemoglobin A1c is a minor component of hemoglobin associated with glucose. Hemoglobin is the oxygen-carrying pigment that gives color to erythrocyte cells. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease disorder characterized by hyperglycemia. Diabetes without proper treatment and uncontrolled will cause the effects of acute and chronic complications. Diagnosis of diabetes can be established by examination of blood glucose and HbA1c (glycemic hemoglobin). The aim of study was to obtain association of HbA1c and blood glucose levels. Type of research is analytic research. The sampleswere 30 patiens who checked blood glucose level using Biolis 24i and HbA1c levels using PA 54. The results showed that the mean 7.9%, while the mean blood glucose level was 200,7 mg/dl.Tes the normality of data using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and continued Pearson correlation test obtained value of significance 0.000 with significanse level of 0.05, 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship of HbA1c levels with blood glucose levels.
