Abstract

Kadar kolesterol merupakan senyawa lemak kompleks yang dihasilkan oleh tubuh yang berfungsi membuat hormone seks, adrenal, membentuk dinding sel. Dilaboratorium penundaan pemeriksaan kolesterol memiliki waktu yang bervariasi tetapi pada umumnya maksimal 1-3 jam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbedaan kadar kolesterol segera dengan tunda 2 jam dan 3 jam. Metode Penelitian Analitik dengan desain Eksperimental. Populasi penelitian merupakan pasien rawat jalan baik laki-laki dan perempuan yang melakukan pemeriksaan kadar kolesterol di Laboratorium Klinik Rumah Sakit Romani Muhammadiyah Semarang. Proses pemeriksaan dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Juli tahun 2017. Sampel di ambil dari darah vena dengan jumlah 9 sampel dengan jumlah perlakuan 3 kali dan unit sampel sebesar 27 unit. Kadar kolesterol diukur menggunakan alat Horiba ABX Pentra 400. Hasil Pemeriksaan dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan perolehan pemeriksaan kadar kolesterol segera diperoleh rata-rata 220,78 mg/dL, dengan tunda 2 jam diperoleh rata-rata 217.78 mg/dL, tunda 3 jam diperoleh rata-rata 210.89 mg/dL. Uji normalitas data menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk dan dilanjutkan uji One-Way Anova. Hasil uji statistik One-Way Anova diperoleh nilai P-value= 0,939 yang berarti p-value>0,05, menujukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada pemeriksaan kadar kolesterol segera dengan tunda 2 jam dan 3 jam. Kata kunci : Kadar Kolesterol, Serum Segera, Tunda 2 jam, Tunda 3 Jam Cholesterol levels is a fat compound complex that produced by the body which serves to make the sex hormones, adrenal, form a wall cell. In Laboratory cholesterol postpone check have variation time but in general 1-3 hours maximum. The purpose of this research is to analysis the differences cholesterol levels immediately with postpone 2 hours and 3 hours. Method of Analytic Research with Experimental design. The population of the research is outpatient both men and women who check cholesterol levels in Clinic Laboratory at Romani Muhammadiyah Semarang Hospital. The process of check on 25 July, 2017. The sample taken from vein blood with 9 samples with the number of treatment 3 times and units sample of 27 units. Cholesterol levels measured use the tools horiba ABX Pentra 400. The result of inquest analyzed in the descriptive with the acquisition of cholesterol levels immediately average 220,78 mg/dL, with pospone 2 hours obtained average 217,78 mg/dL, postpone 3 hours obtained average 210,89 mg.dL. Data Normalitas test use Shapiro-Wilk and countinued One-Way Anova test. The result of the One-Way Anova Statistics test obtained P-value= 0,939 that means p-value>0,05, show there is no significant differences in cholesterol levels immediately check with postpone 2 hours and 3 hours.
