Abstract

Kata Kunci : Hemoglobin, Pasca Transfusi, Hemodialisis Hemodialysis is one of the Renal Replacement Circulation therapy for patients with renal failure that can cause anemia, thus requiring blood trasfusion performed during hemodialysis. Hemoglobin levels post-transfusion hemodialysis patients become routine for examination but not yet known exactly when the time of examination. At RSUD Ungaran performed immediately, 6 hours and 24 hours after hemodialysis. The aim of this study was to determine the difference of post-transfusion hemoglobin level immediately, 6 hours and 24 hours in patients with hemodialysis, performed in May - June 2017, using analytical methods. Primary data was obtained from the results of direct examination of respondents by taking blood samples of 14 patients undergoing hemodialysis. The collected data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the results were not all normal distributed but correlated, followed by non-parametric statistic test of Friedman method and to see which of the three different Time variants were tested hypothesis using Pos Hoc Test. Based on the test results, obtained Sig value 0.490 (P> 0.05) in the sample immediately and 6 hours, the value of Sig 0.001 (P <0.05) sample immediately and 24 hours, Sig 0,000 (P <0.05) sample 6 hour and 24 hours, so it can be concluded, there is no difference in the sample immediately with 6 hours, while for the sample immediately with 24 hours and 6 hours with 24 hours there is a significant difference Keywords: Hemoglobin, Post Transfusion, Hemodialysis
