Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbedaan kepekaan bakteri S.aureus menggunakan media MHA dan NA terhadap antibiotik. Jenis penelitian analitik. Uji kepekaan menggunakanmetode Kirby-Bauer menggunakan media MHA dan NA dengan tiga jenis antibiotik. Hasil menunjukkan rata- rata diameter zona hambat S aureus berturut-turut terhadap eritromisin, vancomysin,dancholaramphenicol pada media MHA adalah 28 mm, 17,5 mm, 24 mm, sedangkan pada media NA adalah 15,2 mm, 24 mm, 20,22 mm. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan diameter zona hambat S.aureus pada media MHA lebih besar daripada media NA pada semua jenis antibiotik. Uji statistik Independent sample T-Test menunjukkan nilai kemaknaan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna diameter zona hambat antibiotik menggunakan media MHA dengan menggunakan media NA. Kata Kunci :UjiSensitivitas, Antibiotik, Media MHA , Media NA This purpose research to analyze difference sensitivity test of bacteria staphylococcus aureusare using MHA and NA to antibiotic. Type of research is analytic research. Sensitivity test are using Kirby-Bauer metode to used MHA and NA media with three types of.anribiotic. Results of this research are indiecate average diameter resistor zone of S.aureus to MHA media continued erythromycin, vancomysin, and chloramphenicol are 28 mm, 17,5 mm, 24 mm, but of NA media are 15,2 mm, 24 mm, 20,2 mm. Its results indicated that diameter resistor zone of S.aureusto MHA media more than NA media to all antibiotic types Independent Sample T-Test statistic are indicate value of meaning resistor zone of antibiotic are using MHA media with NA media.
