Abstract

Pemantapan Mutu Internal (PMI) Laboratorium malaria merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengelolaan laboratorium malaria meliputi seluruh proses pemeriksaan laboratorium mikroskopis malaria agar diperoleh hasil pemeriksaan yang tepat dan teliti terhadap penilaian kualitas preparat malaria. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemantapan mutu internal pemeriksaan malaria dengan penilaian kualitas preparat malaria di Laboratorium RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisa pemantapan mutu internal pemeriksaan malaria dengan observasi menggunakan kuesioner, dan menilai kualitas preparat malaria di Laboratorium RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere. Digunakan uji korelasi pearson menggunakan aplikasi komputer untuk menganalisa hubungan antara pemantapan mutu internal dengan kualitas preparat malaria. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, nilai rerata PMIL adalah 63,83 dan nilai rerata kualitas preparat adalah 2,7. Sedangkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,829 dengan taraf signifikansi untuk hipotesis sebesar 0,001 pada tingkat taraf kepercayaan 0,05 atau 95%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan sebesar 0,001 < a (0,05) antara pemantapan mutu internal dengan kualitas preparat malaira di Laboratorium RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere. Kata kunci : mikroskopis malaria, kualitas preparat malaria, pemantapan mutu internal. The activities of the Internal Quality (PMI) Laboratory Microscopic malaria is an activity performed in the management of malaria laboratories covers the whole process of laboratory examination of microscopic malaria in order to obtain the results of proper and careful review of the assessment of the quality of smear preparation. The purpose of this study to determine the internal quality control of microscopic examination of malaria with smear preparation quality assessment in the Laboratory of RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere. This research is a quantitative analytical approach to the cross-sectional design. This research was conducted by analyzing microscopic examination of internal quality control malaria by observation using a questionnaire, and assess the quality of the preparation malaria’s in the Laboratory of RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere. Used Pearson correlation test using computer software to analyze the relationships between internal quality control by the quality of the preparation malaria’s. The results of this study showed a significant relationship of 0.000 < a (0,05) between the internal quality control by the quality of the preparation malaria’s in the Laboratory of RSUD dr.T.C.
