Abstract

Pemeriksaan kreatinin merupakan bagian dari pemeriksaan laboratorium untuk menegakkan diagnosa adanya gangguan fungsi ginjal. Pemeriksaan kreatinin dapat dilakukan dengan sampel serum dan plasma, serum dan plasma merupakan dua istilah yang sering digunakan dalam laboratorium karena dalam analisis suatu parameter pemeriksaan sampel, serum mempunyai susunan yang sama seperti plasma, kecuali fibrinogen dan faktpr pembekuan II,V,VIII,XIII yang sudah tidak ada dan plasma adalah komponen darah dalam tabung yang berisi antikoagulan yang mencegah terjadinya pembekuan darah. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan analitik Cross-sectional dengan uji korelasi Shapro-Wilk. Sampel diambil dari 16 responden Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang pada bulan februari 2017. Rerata kadar kreatinin serum 0,831 mg/dl, tertinggi 1,1 mg/dl, terendah 0,5 mg/dl, rerata kadar kreatinin pada sampel plasma 1,394 mg/dl, tertinggi 2,2 mg/dl, terendah 1,0 mg/dl. Data penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan uji statistik paired sample t-test didapatkan hasil P= 0,000 ≤ 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil pemeriksaan kadar kreatinin sampel serum dan plasma EDTA. Kata Kunci: kadar kreatinin, serum, plasma EDTA Examination of creatinin is part of inspection to enforce the diagnosis the presence of impaired kidney function. Examination of creatinin sample can be done with serum and plasma, serum and plasma are two terms that are frequently used in laboratories because in the analysis of a sample inspection parameters, the serum had the same composition as the plasma, except for fibrinogen and clotting factors II,V,VIII,XIII, who already does not exist and plasma is a component of blood in a tube containing anticoagulant which prevents blood clotting. This research design using analytical Cross-Sectional correlation test with Shapro-Wilk.Sample were taken from 16 respondents student University of Muhammadiyah Semarang in February 2017. Average levels of serum creatinin 0,831 mg/dl, high of 1,1 mg/dl, the lowest 0,5 mg/dl, Average level of plasma creatinin 1,394 mg/dl, high of 2,2 mg/dl, the lowest 1,0 mg/dl. Research data is then analyzed by paired sample t-test statistic test results obtained P= 0,000 ≤ 0,05 so Ho is rejected. There are significant differences in the results of examination of the levels of serum and plasma samples creatinin EDTA. Keywords: Creatinin levels, serum, plasma EDTA
