Abstract

Donor darah merupakan suatu tindakan pengambilan darah dengan volume tertentu melalui pembuluh darah. Adanya donor darah maka trigliserida pada plasma dikeluarkan bersamaan dengan donor darah.Pemeriksaan kadar trigliserida dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel sebelum donor dan setelah satu jam donor darah.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan kadar trigliserida sebelum dan sesudah melakukan donor darah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan desaim penelitian cross sectional.Sampel diambil dari pendonor laki-laki berusia 17-60 tahun dan pernah mendonorkan darahnya minimal 2 kali dalam satu tahun, dengan jumlah total 32 sampel.Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata- rata sampel sebelum dan sesudah donor darah berturut-turut 206,88 mg/dl dan 189,25 mg/dl dengan nilai standar deviasi 8,131,nilai maksimum sebelum dan sesudah donor darah sebesar 344 mg/dl dan 314 mh/dl dengan nilai minimum sebelum dan sesudah donor darah 127 mg/dl dan 114 mg/dl. Hasil uji statistik Paired Sampel T test menunjukan nilai kemaknaan 0,000 dengan taraf kemaknaan 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < α 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang bermakna kadar trigliserida sebelum dan sesudah donor darah. This research was analytic with cross sectional research village. Samples were taken from donors of males aged 17-60 years and had donated their blood at least twice a year, with a total of 32 samples. The results showed the mean of sample before and after successive blood donors 206.88 mg / dl and 189.25 mg / dl with a standard deviation of 8,131, the maximum value before and after a blood donor of 344 mg / dl and 314 mg / dl with a minimum value before and after blood donor 127 mg / dl and 114 mg / dl. Result of statistical test of Paired Sampel T test showed significance value 0.000 with significance level 0,05 0.000 <α 0,05 so it can be concluded that there is significant difference of triglyceride level before and after blood donor.
