Abstract
Kata Kunci : Aedes sp, Profil Total Protein, Daerah Non Endemik DBD Dengue Fever Disease (DHF) is a disease caused by dengue virus that is transmitted through Aedes sp mosquito bites and is widespread on the location of the village and housing. In Indonesia is one of the health problems that have a great risk of contracting this disease. In 2014 the city of Semarang with 14.7% of cases in Central Java. Semarang divided in 2 region high and low. Mijen is non endemic region. The protein profil is determine of relationship between living creatures and geographic conditions as well as place can influence protein profile. This experiment to know total profile protein Aedes sp. non endemic hemorrhagic fever in mijen district of Semarang city. Analyze worked in 2 locations: village location and housing location using SDS-PAGE Elecrophoresis method. Eksperiment subject and object : Aedes sp. egg from the non endemic areas of Mijen sub district Semarang City the growth become adult mosquito and read protein profile. Method: Descriptive Method. The analyze results Aedes sp. show: Village location shows 22 protein bands with 6 bands major protein and 16 bands minor protein with a molecular weight of between 165kDa to 14 kDa , while Housing locations shows 15 protein bands with 2 bands major protein and 13 bands minor protein with molecular weight between 165kDa to 17,5 kDa. Keywords: Aedes sp, Total Protein Profile, Non-Endemic DHF
