Abstract

Pemeriksaan kadar kreatinin penting sebagai langkah awal untuk mendeteksi gangguan metabolisme tubuh yang dapat mengakibatkan gangguan fungsi ginjal. Di lapangan terdapat beberapa alat dan metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan kadar kreatinin darah, tetapi metode penelitian ini mengguankan metode one poin dan two point untuk menentukan kadar kreatinin darah.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil pemeriksaan kadar kreatinin darah menggunakan metode one point dan two point. Metode penelitian ini bersifat analitik, penelitian ini dilakukan pada 33 mahasiswa/mahasiswi D4 analis kesehatan kelas khusus, pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Paired t Tes. Hasil rata-rata metode one point 0,9 mg/dl dan metode two point dengan rata-rata 0,8 mg/dl. Uji Paired t Test menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara metode one poin dan two point dengan nilai signifikasi <0,05. Kata kunci: Kreatinin Darah, Metode One Point, Metode Two Point Inspection of creatinine levels is important as a first step to detect metabolic disorders of the body that can lead to impaired renal function. In the field there are several tools and methods used in determining blood creatinine levels, but this research method mengguankan one point and two point method to determine blood creatinine levels. The purpose of this study to analyze differences in blood creatinine examination results using the method of one point and two point . This research method is analytic, this research was conducted on 33 student / student D4 special class health analyst, testing in this research using Paired t Test. The average method yield of one point 0.9 mg / dl and two point method with an average of 0.8 mg / dl.
