Abstract
Rumah Sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat jalan, rawat inap dan gawat darurat. Rumah sakit berarti memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien didasarkan pada standar kualitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka, sehingga dapat memperoleh kepuasan dan akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pasien dan akan loyal terhadap Rumah Sakit tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Mutu Pelayanan Laboratorium Dengan Loyalitas Pasien Rawat jalan di RSUD Kabupaten Bombana Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 dan sampel sebanyak 47 responden, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling dan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Mutu Pelayanan Laboratorium dengan Loyalitas Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Bombana Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, dimana nilai p = 0,017 atau p value = 0,017 < 0,05. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu mempertahankan mutu pelayanan laboratorium rawat jalan di RSUD Bombana melakukan survei loyalitas pasien berkala dan berkesinambungan. Kata kunci : Mutu Pelayanan, Loyalitas Pasien Hospital is health service institution which organizes individual health service and provide outpatient, inpatient and emergency services. Hospital gives service to patient based quality standart to comply their need and desire so they can get satisfaction and finally rise patient credibility. Patient will be loyal to hospital. This study purpose is to know correlation between quality of laboratory service with loyalty of outpatients at Regional public hostpitalBombana Regency Southeast Sulawesi Province. The amount of population and sample in this study are 92 and 47 respondent. This study uses accidental sampling technique and shares questionnaire to respondent. The study result shows that there is significant correlation between quality of laboratory service with loyalty of outpatients at Regional public hostpitalBombana Regency Southeast Sulawesi Province which shows p value = 0,017 or p value < 0,05. The recommendations which can be given are maintaining quality of laboratory service with loyalty of outpatients at Regional public hostpitalBombana Regency and doing loyalty survey to patients periodically and continuously.
