Abstract
Kata Kunci : Anti-HBs, Rapid test, ELISA Hepatitis B is a hepatitis-causing virus that is a liver inflammation of the liver that can be caused by many things, including viral infections, metabolic disorders, drugs, alcohol, or parasi. Anti-HBs are antibodies to HBsAg arising from hepatitis B vaccine. Anti-HBs can use Rapid test and ELISA methods. Based on this research is done to find out whether there are anti-HBs against respondents who have done hepatitis B vaccine. The type of research conducted is analytic research, with serum samples from 14 respondents who examined anti-HBs by Rapid tets method and ELISA. The results showed the results of anti-HBs using Rapid test method showed a positive result of 42.8% while negative 57.2%, the results of anti-HBs using Rapid test method showed a positive result of 42.8% sample while negative by 57.2% . Data were analyzed by chy suare statistic test, p-value value was 0.648 higher than significance level of 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference on anti-HBs examination using Rapid test and ELISA method Keywords : Anti-HBs, Rapid test, ELISA
