Abstract
Tuberculosis is a contagious infectious disease directly caused by the bacterium M. Tuberculosis , also known as acid-resistant bacteria (BTA). The disease is easily transmissible from pulmonary TB sufferers with positive smear through much sputum or from miniscule sufferers with BTA that still has the possibility of negative can pass. Based on the activity report Service TB DOTS in a general hospital Dr. R. Soetijono Blora discovery suspect sufferers 2014 year BTA amounted to 345 cases, discovery of BTA amounted to 80 positive cases. The year 2015 discovery suspect sufferers of BTA amounted to 339 cases, discovery of BTA amounted to 32 positive cases. The year 2016 discovery suspect sufferers of BTA amounted to 160 cases, discovery of BTA amounted to 100 positive cases. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the sufferers of Tuberculosis in a general hospital Dr. R. Soetijono Blora. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. The number of samples in this research as many as 30 samples positive in BTA General Hospital Dr. R. Soetijono Relief during the April – June of 2017. Based on the research done to patients in general hospital Dr. r. Soetijono Blora, most patients the incidence of pulmonary TB are positive at the age of the BTA over 60 years (23.3%), male-sex (84.2%) and not working (66.7%), elementary education graduates (50%), knowledge of the disease tuberculosis belongs to low (73.3%). Places to stay that are not feasible (66.7%) with no use of lighting (70%). As much as 63.3% of BCG immunization of patients already. Keywords: Diseases, Tuberculosis, Acid-Resistant Bacteria .
