Abstract

Hypertension is interference of bloodstream system that causes the blood pressure rise above normal exceed 140/90 mmHg. If this condition uncontroiled are left unchecked continously it will be causes of comlications disease one of the mar kidney disease checkup our creatinine in the blood is paramater that used to evaluate the fuction of kidney. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of patient creatinine discipline and undiscipline on the medical treatment of hypertension. This research is analytic by cross sectional approach. Result of research show that from 30 hypertension (15 discipline and 15 undiscipline) average of checkup result patients creatinine levels discipline 15 (1,113) more than undiscipline patients creatinine levels 15 (1,780). Conclution, there is difference creatinine levels is p (sig) 0,009 < 0,05 between discipline and undiscipline patients on the treatment of hypertension.
