Abstract
The existence of refill depots in Blora Regency continues to increase, there must be monitoring by controlling the quality of drinking water depot products that conducted Water Quality Inspection Laboratory appointed by the Regency / City Government. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of turbidity and the number of coliform bacteria by MPN method on the water filter in refill depot. This study is an analytical descriptive of Blora Health Laboratory examination data in 2016. Total 126 samples obtained result of positive turbidity laboratory test 49 samples (39%) and negative opacity 77 (61%), while the number of positive coliform bacteria 72 samples (57% ) and the number of negative coliform bacteria 54 samples (43%). Water quality can be concluded that 54 samples (43%) qualify microbiology and physics (turbidity), while 72 samples (57%) do not allowed microbiological requirements.
