Abstract

Elderly Posyandu is a basic health service to improve the health of the elderly. Efforts to attract interest of lansua to be active in posyandu one of them influenced by satisfaction of posyandu service The purpose of this research is to know the level of satisfaction of elderly at health service posbindu in Kecamatan Candisari Semarang. The design of this research is descriptive study. The population of this study were elderly posyandu participant in Jatingaleh Village Candilama District Semarang in RW 7 and 8 only with 102 elderly. Sampling technique is purposive sampling with number 78 elderly. The results obtained that the satisfaction of respondents perceived most of the categories are not satisfied that is as much as 52.6% and satisfied 47.4%. Based on these results then Posbindu need to improve the quality of service and conduct a quick evaluation of the needs of services to the elderly in order to actively memnfaatkan posbindu.
