Abstract
Test phenol is used a standard comparator to determine considered a substance is which antiseptic with standart phenol phenol as a comparator a product detergent. Still the disinfectand considered. Have if value cofficient of phenol more 0,05. This study was conducted to determine the value of phenol detergent product in the supermarket Superindo Kedungmundu to bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhi. A used method is dilution with a cofficient phenol test detergent solution and standard phenol (as a comparator) make a with concentration 12 %, 10 %, 8 %, were scraped of bacteria it contact time 5, 10, 15 minute. It the showed results that value of the coeficient phenol. Detergent product value A and C value is a disinfectant while that a detergent value product B 0 < 0,05 is a cleaner.
