Abstract

Sectio caecarea isa process of removing the baby from the uterus through a surgical process. Surgery causes bleeding which may effect hemoglobin concentration. Mothers giving birth by caesarea section are checked for hemoglobin concentrations 6 hour after surgery. Hemoglobin consentration are examined at 6 hour as retikulosit dwells from bone morrow to peripheral blood circulation for anemia approximately 6 hours. The purpose of this study was to determine the diskription of hemoglobin concentrations 6 hours after caesarea sectio at Aisyiyah Muntilan hospital. The type of research is descriptive, samples were taken by randomly as many as 28 mothers who gave birth by cesarean at Aisyiyah Muntilan Hospital. The method used in this research is. Hemoglobin concentrations 6 hours after caesarean section showed mean hemoglobin level of 10.96 g/dL. The mean rate of first cesarean hemoglobin was 11.0 g/dL and the reactions were 10.4 g/dL. The mean hemoglobin level of 9.6 g/dL in mothers with a prior anesthetic history of hemoglobin concentrations was 9.6 g/dL in mothers with a history of anemia and mean hemoglobin concentration of 12.2 g/dL in mothers with history of normal hemoglobin concentration. Hemoglobin concentration with much bleeding after cesarean section were 8.6 g/dL, moderate bleeding 9.9 g/dL, and normal bleeding of 11.2 g/dL.
