Abstract

An increase in the value of hematocrite it depicts hemoconcentration always found in patients with dengue as indicator that sensitive the leaks plasma, so need examination hematocrite. The inquest hematocrite using the the blood sample veins and capillary unable to obtain the results of different. The purposeof the research to determine the difference value hematocrite of the blood veins and capillary patient dengue. The kind of research is analytic research, sampel taken from a total population as much as 30 sample is well blended with dengue per day in RSUD Dr. R. Soedjati Purwodadi. The result showed the value of hematocrite blood veins avarage was 38.933 % and the value of hematocrite blood capillary avarage was 37.70 %. These result indicated that the hematocrite blood veins result is higher than the a bood capillary. However, both results are still within the normal range. The statistic test of Independent sample t Test showed a significanse value of 0.448 with the significance level of 0.05 that 0.488 > 0.05. This, it can be concluded that the is no significant diffrence between the result of value hematocrite blood veins and capillary. Key words : Hematocrite blood veins and capillary.
