Abstract
Smoking behavior is acted that burn one tobacco products which is intended to be burned, smoked and / or inhaled, including cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars or other forms produced from plants nicotinatabacum, nicotina rustica and other species or synthetic that the smoke contains nicotine and tar, with or without additives. Role is behaviors that are less homogeneous, which is defined and is expected to be normative of an occupant in certain social situations. Dad is a male parent of a child who is responsible for maintaining a child even though the relationship between them had no official or unofficial. Friend is a youth group formed either intentionally or unintentionally on the basis of awareness, interest and shared interests and seek to develop their own specific concepts about the environment they are open or closed. The purpose of this study was to analyzed the relationship role model father and peers smokers against smoking behavior of teenage boys in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang. This type of research was descriptive correlation with Cross sectional design. The researched process in October 2017 at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang with technique total sampling Total sample is 42 respondents. The results showed that the father's role models both (54.8%), bad (45.2%) and good peers (57.1%) are not good (42.9%). There is a significant relationship to the father's role model smoking behavior with p value of 0.000 (<0.05) and no significant relationship peers against smoking behavior with p value of 0.000 (<0.05). Based on these results expected health professionals to provide education and diversion of smoking behavior in adolescents.
