Abstract

give nicotine in the form of steam. Nicotine is an addictive substance that has a bad effect on health, causing damage to blood vessels so as to make it easier for fats to stick to the wall and the formation of good cholesterol (HDL). The purpose of the study was to find out the description of HDL cholesterol levels in users of electronic cigarettes. Samples were taken randomly as many as 24 people of electric cigarette users around Semarang, then the samples were examined using the CHOD-PAP method. The results showed that the average results of the examination of HDL cholesterol levels had normal levels of 0 respondents and 24 respondents or 100% had Kolsterol HDL levels> normal, so that it can be concluded that all respondents had normal HDL cholesterol levels.
