Abstract
Latar Belakang: Angka kematian ibu masih tinggi dan belum mencapai target Sustainable Development Goals yaitu 70 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Upaya untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu ini masih perlu dikuatkan dan dimaksimalkan terutama dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang up to date yaitu aplikasi android. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh prototipe aplikasi sistem informasi pelaporan ibu hamil baru berbasis aplikasi android. Metode: Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode prototyping dengan tahapan antara lain identifikasi kebutuhan user, merancang dan membangun prototipe, mengujicoba prototipe dan perbaikan pada sistem. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil: 1. Memperoleh basis data terdiri dari tabel ibu hamil, tabel user, tabel kelurahan, tabel kecamatan dan tabel kabupaten; 2. Prototipe berupa aplikasi sistem informasi pelaporan ibu hamil baru (Sispilba) dengan alamat www.sispilba.000webhostapp.com. 3. 9 dari 10 responden mengatakan aplikasi sistem informasi pelaporan ibu hamil baru mudah dioperasikan. Simpulan: Aplikasi sistem informasi pelaporan ibu hamil baru dapat diterima dan digunakan oleh Puskesmas Kedungmundu. Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, pelaporan, ibu hamil, aplikasi android
