Abstract

Background: One of the efforts to improve the health of school-aged children by washing hands, hand washing can work to eliminate or reduce the microorganisms attached to the hands and hand washing should be done with clean water and soap Objective: To determine the effect of handwashing with soap training on students' skills in handwashing with soap. Method: .The type of research is quasi experimental analytic with post test with control group design design Result: There is a difference that sinigfikan student skill score about hand washing before and after training P = 0,001 .. CTPS training by teacher able to increase knowledge and skill of student. Conclusion: Proper handwashing and soap training is needed to improve students' skills in handwashing with soap and the synergistic changes in hands-on soap training with Aisyiyah kindergarten students.
