Abstract
Indonesia is the second country with the biggest tuberculosis in the word in 2017. The standard rate of drop out treatment should not be more than 10%. In 2016 the Kedungmundu health center had the highest rates of tuberculosis treatment drop out among health centers throughout Semarang, which amounted to 11.11%. . Method: This type of qualitative research, with the main research subjects being TB patients who dropped out of treatment, analyzed using the Miles and Huberman modelsResults: There are still TB patients who don't believe if they have TB disease and don't believe TB treatment. Taking TB medication makes most TB patients feel healthy, but most experience side effects of treatment and after dropping out half of them experience more severe symptoms of TB. There is still a negative stigma about TB disease in the community. All informants said that they received support from their families to do medication, on the other hand TB health services at Kedungmundu Health Center were felt by the informants to be good, there were no constraints on the distance, time and cost of taking drugsConclusion, Most of the treatment dropouts are supported by a feeling well. Keywords: Reason, stop treatment, tuberculosis
