Abstract
Background :. UKS has a program that is health education, health services and a healthy environment called TRIAS UKS. Kedung Jepara High School NU has not run all three programs according to target.. The purpose of this study to find the factor – factor that affect the implementation of the TRIAS UKS program in the health sector at NU Kedung high school Jepara. Method : This type of qualitative research uses purposive sampling data collection techniques, Principal Informant Principal and other supporting informants are mentor teachers, clinic officers and students.Result : Man is a supporting factor in health education programs but is also an inhibiting factor in health education. Money is a supporting factor in health education but is an inhibiting factor in the implementation of health services and a healthy school environment. Material is a supporting factor in health education programs but also becomes an inhibiting factor in health care programs and healthy school environmentsConclusion: Factors that influence the bearer not the passing of the infirmary in SMA NU Kedung include man, material, and money.
