Abstract

Background: The incidence of uterine myoma is higher at over 35 years, which is close to 40 %. The high incidence of uterine myoma between the ages of 35-50 years, shows a relationship between uterine myoma and estrogen. Based on a preliminary study at RoemaniMuhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang, cases of reproductive disorders, especially uterine myomain January-December 2016 were 74 cases, in January-December 2017 which were 93 cases and in January-June 2018 as many as 54 cases. Objective: To find out and implement Obstetrics Care for Reproductive Disorders with Uterine Myoma at Romani Muhammadiyah Hospital Semarangusing midwifery management. Result: Mrs.S 45 years old with reproductive disorders of intramural myoma and severe anemia. She was giventransfusion of PRC III Kolfon July 9, 2018, so that Hemoglobin was 11.3 g / dL and she had done a hysterectomy surgery by Dr. SpOG. Conclusion: The improvement of Hb is done bythe transfusion of PRC to improve the patient's condition and Hemoglobinlevels. Keywords: Uterine myoma, severe anemia.
