Abstract
Background: Data from KRMT Wongsonegoro Hospital in Semarang from 2015 there were 408 cases with early rupture of membranes, in 2016 there were 300 cases, in 2017 there were 560 cases and in 2018 until 31 August there were 268 cases of labor with premature rupture of membranes. Objective: Able to carry out midwifery care with early rupture of membranes at the K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Hospital in Semarang City using 7 steps vane and SOAP management. Results : After management of pathology delivery obstetric care in Mrs. N GIIIPIIA0aged 29 years 37 weeks pregnant with premature rupture of membranes carried out collaboration with SpOG doctors by giving induction through RL infusion + 5 units of oxytocin, the result is the progress of labor and spontaneous delivery and happy with the current situation. Conclusion :After collaborating with SpOG doctors to perform normal labor and giving induction through 5 units of RL + oxytocin infusion in labor, the authors did not find a gap between the theories obtained in the field in the study in Mrs. N GIIIPIIA0aged 29 years 37 weeks pregnant with premature rupture of membranes in RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro, Semarang.
