Abstract

Background : Hyperemesis Gravidarum is one type of complication that is often experienced by pregnant women that can cause dehydration and no electrolyte balance with hypochloremic alcoholics.From the data of AKI Central Java Health Office in 2015 as many as 619 cases, in 2016 decreased from the previous year which was 602 cases, and in 2017 to June 215. Objective : May provide midwifery care to pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum in accordance with applicable standards using the varney management approach. Method : Using 7 of Varney's steps, namely assessment, data interpretation, potential diagnosis, anticipation, planning, implementation and evaluation. Result : Ny. H aged 21 years GI P0 A0 pregnant 10 weeks 6 days complained of nausea vomiting, weakness of heartburn, headache, decreased skin turgor, breath of acetone. Management of : D5% infusion 28 drops / minute, 3x1 spoon antacids, 3x1 tablet vitamin B6. Conclusion : Improved KU treatment and reduced complaints. Mrs. H aged 21 years GI P0 A0 was 10 weeks 6 days pregnant with level II hyperemesis gravidarum, improved KU and reduced complaints. There is no gap between theory and midwifery care in the case.
