Abstract
Background: Ectopic pregnancy is one of the biggest dead causes for mother in the first quarter of pregnancy. It caused the MMR getting bigger due to many mothers experiencing ectopic pregnancy. In Central Java throughout 2017 received reports from various hospitals in Central Java there were 24 mothers (1,6%) with ectopic pregnancies of high risk pregnancy. In District of Kudus itself had 3 mothers (3,4%) with ectopic pregnancies of high risk pregnancy. Purpose: Gaining the real experience in implementing the midwifery care for pathological pregnancy with impaired ectopic pregnancy using an approach of varney midwifery management. Method: This final report using descriptive method of case study type, done at Mejobo Health Center of Kudus. Using midwifery care format for pregnant mother, gathering data, and physical examination, interview, observation and literature study. Result: The mother’s condition was normal, her consciousness was compos mentis, TD 120/70 mmHg N 88 time/minute, S 37° C, RR: 24x/minute, bleeding: ± 100cc. The patient has been referred to the hospital to get advanced treatment because of the facilities in Mejobo Health Center was inadequate. Conclusion: There was a gap between theory and the case start from the diagnosis of disease to implementation because of the facilities in Mejobo Health Center of Kudus was inadequate to handle impaired ectopic pregnancy case that lead to emergencies.
