Abstract

is caused the death in the neonatal period has a substansial contribution to the IMR. Approximately 75% of the death occur from 0-7 days after birth, and 28% of deaths from 0-28 days. The achievement of handling the neonatal problem in Central Java recorded 84.56% and in Pekalongan District it reached 86.41%. The neonatal complications in Karangdadap Health Center were 28.6%. Normal birth neonates are often born with problems that are common in newborns. Some of the problems need to be managed properly so that is not aggravate the baby's condition. The one common problem in neonates is diaper rash. The research in the United Kingdom found that 25% of 12,000 babies have diaper rash at the age of four weeks. In Indonesia there are 7-35% of the baby population having experienced diaper rash (Lestari, 2013; Aisyah, 2015). Midwifery care was given to the baby Mrs.A age of 15 days with diaper rash for nine days. The baby got recovery on the seventh day of the treatment. In the cases of diaper rash the baby’s ass have to be clean constantly and often change the diapers after the baby urination and defecate. Keyword: Neonatus, Diaper Rash
