Abstract

Background : Maternal mortality rate in Indonesia in 2017 (semester I) 1712 cases. Central Java Provience Maternal Mortality in 2017 is 88,85 per 100 thousand live births. Based on data from Pulokulon I Health Center Grobogan Regency, it is known that from January – March 2018 as many as 175 deliveries with 1 (0,57%) cases Totalis Placenta Previa. Even though the number is small, but is become danger if not treated with quick and appropriate action so that will cause of hypovolemic shock and also death. Purpose : Provide midwifey care to Mrs. E age 37 years old, G VI P III A II with totalis placenta previa at Pulokulon I Health Care Grobogan Regency, based on Varney Management Midwifery. Method : This Final Assignment Report is a case study report using descriptive method which is a research method that is used to know the description of a situation objectively. This case study will describe midwifery care in Mrs. E age 37 years old G VI P III A II with totalis placenta previa at Pulokulon I Health Center Grobogan Regency. Results : Midwifery care has given to Mrs. E is installed insfuse 2 ways, installed oxygen,installed down catheter and then bring patient to Panti Rahayu Hospital in Purwodadi Grobogan. Conclusion : Mrs. E has given action Sectio Caesaria and state of Mrs. E healthy. Keyword : Totalis Placenta Previa
