Abstract

Background: The main causes of maternal mortality in Indonesia and other countries in the world are almost the same, including bleeding (25%), infection (14%), hypertension abnormalities in pregnancy (13%), breech location (13%) and due to long labor (7%). Data on pregnant women obtained at the Bangetayu Health Center in Semarang City in 2017 were 26 people with breech location abnormalities and the number of pregnant women in 2018 from January to July with breech location abnormalities of 18 people. There were no specific records regarding cases of pregnancy with presbo in Indonesia, generally 2.7-5% of all pregnancies. Occurs at a gestational age less than 28 weeks by 25%, 32 weeks' gestational age by 7%, and term pregnancies 1-3%. Purpose: To provide Midwifery Care in Pregnancy Pathology with Breech and KEK Disorder in Semarang City's Bangetayu Health Center in accordance with the authority of the midwife. Method: The method used in carrying out this care is history, physical examination, supporting examination and observation. Result: Mrs. S, GIIPIA0, 28 years old, 32 weeks pregnant, single fetus intrauterine life, elongated location, buttocks presentation, left back, palpable part not yet entered into PAP with breech and KEK abnormalities. The end result of midwifery care for a pregnant woman is breech that is the mother already knows that her pregnancy is back to normal where the head is at the bottom, she is willing to work on knee-chest position. Conclusion: Administration of Fe, Calcium and Vit C Tablets can provide health for the mother and fetus, and eat nutritious food. By doing the knee-chest position can restore the baby's condition from breech to normal again. Keywords: Breech Position, KEK.
