Abstract

Background: Based on data in Jepara district during 2017 found pregnant women with DMG there are 26 cases (1,2%) of 22,000 pregnant women entirely. Year 2018 (January - March) got pregnant case with DMG there are 5 cases (0,02%), (DKK Jepara, 2018). Data from Keling I Public Health Center during 2017 was found by pregnant women with DMG there were 5 cases (0,9%) from 506 pregnant women entirely, whereas in 2018 (January- March), there was case of pregnant mother with DMG there was 1 case (0,2%) with family history presdiposition DM factor and obesity (Data of KIA Keling I Public Health Center, 2018). Objective: Provide midwifery gestational pathology with gestational diabetes mellitus using the Hellen varney 7-step approach. Method: Using descriptive method, with anamnesis and observation. Location of case study at rivet health center I. Data collection technique using primary data and secondary data. Outcome: After pregnancy midwifery care for 2x obtained good general condition, composmentis awareness, TD 110 mmHg, Pulse 80x/mnt,Temperature 36◦c, breathing20x/mnt,DJJ 140 x/mnt, regular, vinegar, preskep, convergent, Fasting GD examination I: 200 mg/dl, GD Fasting II: 170 mg/dl, and postpartum gds: 102 mg/dl, and mother in good health. Conclusion: From the results of pregnancy midwifery care to Ny. S, age 20 years GIP0A0, 32 weeks gestational age with gestational diabetes mellitus. The authors concluded by regulating diet and nutrition during pregnancy can lower blood sugar levels, and after delivery of the normal GDS examination results.
