Abstract

Background: The prevalence in serotinus delivery cases Roemani hospitals Muhammadiyah Semarang decreased as much as 17 cases, that is from 158 cases in 2016 to 141 cases in 2017. Although serotine delivery has decreased, serotine pregnancy affects the fetus. In reality, the serotine pregnancy has an influence on fetal development until fetal death. The serotine pregnancy has a close correlation with maternal and perinatal mortality, morbidity. Purpose: To find out and implement Serotinus delivery midwifery care at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital Semarang. Methods: The method used in carrying out this care is anamnesis or interview, physical checkup and supporting checkup. Results: Obstetric diagnosis, namely Mrs. L GIP0A0 Age 25 Years Pregnant 42 + 1 Weeks with Serotinus, Suspect of cephalopelvic disproportion and premature rupture of membranes 9 Hours. The action was taken to end the pregnancy with SC because the python's failed. Conclusions: There was a gap between theory and practice, thus, which was no external pelvic checkup was done to diagnose suspected cephalopelvic disproportion; an external pelvic checkup was carried out to establish a diagnose and know the condition of the pelvic. Then, there was no information on the time to diagnose premature rupture of membranes at the Medical Record. Keywords : Childbirth, Serotinus
