Abstract
Background: Semarang City Health Office(DKK),in 2017, there were results that stated 46% (22 cases) of postpartum women with severe pre-eclampsia, 19% (4 cases) due to sepsis. Pre-eclampsia is one of the main causes of maternal mortality and high perinatal mortality, therefore the early diagnosis of pre-eclampsia and its treatment needs to be implemented immediately to reduce maternal and child mortality. Purpose:To find out and implementations of Pathological Postpartum Midwifery Care with Severe Pre-eclampsia(PEB) at Roemani HospitalMuhammadiyah Semarang. Methods: The method used in carrying out this care is anamnesis, physical checkup and supporting checkup. Result: Obstetric diagnosis, namely Mrs. W PI A0Age 28 Years post-partum with SC the first day accompanied by severe pre-eclampsia. It was conducted collaboration with SpOG doctors for therapy. Conclusions:There was a gap between theory and area, namely from the provision of therapy, but when practicing in the area of management that was practiced in the area was in suitable with the operational standards that applied in Roemani Hospital Muhammadiyah Semarang.
