Abstract
Background: Based on the Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) In 2012 the number of maternal mortality in Indonesia is still high at 359,000 per 100,000 live births and 1.6% is due to the old partus. In Puskesmas Sragi II in January-March 2018, it is known that the physiological partuses are 41 cases and the pathological partus is 52 cases. Of the 52 cases of pathological pathology there are 2 cases of advanced partus. Objective: Giving midwifery care to Ny. S 23 years old GIP0A0 with Partus Not Advanced And Low Anemia at Puskesmas Sragi Ii Pekalongan District in accordance with the management of midwifery varney Method: This Final Report is a case study report using descriptive method of research method used with the main purpose to create a picture of a situation objectively. This case study will describe the nursing care of Ny. S 23 years old GIP0A0 with Partus Not Advanced and Low Anemia in Puskesmas Sragi Ii Pekalongan District. Results: Midwifery care that has been given to Ny. S is referring to RSI Muhammadiyah Pekajangan because the partus is not advanced, Ny. S spontaneously spontaneous delivery at the Hospital, the state of good mothers and good babies, and no complications. Conclusion: From case Ny. S there is no gap between theory and case, labor goes well according to plan in RSI Muhammadiyah Pekajangan , not until a potential diagnosis is concerned. Keyword : Persalinan , Partus Tidak Maju
