Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Techpack Asia merupakan perusahaan manufactur bergerak dibidang injection moulding yang memproduksi kemasan kosmetik kecantikan. PT. Techpack Asia memerlukan suatu keandalan listrik yang handal dan memiliki kualitas tenaga listrik yang baik demi menjaga konsistensinya dalam proses produksi. Untuk menjaga kualitas daya listrik pada sistem tersebut diperlukan pengukuran dan monitoring kualitas daya listrik dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Pengukuran kualitas daya ini menggunakan alat power quality analyzer, di mana dengan alat tersebut dapat diketahui dan dianalisa tentang besaran listrik, bentuk gelombang tegangan dan arus listrik, spektrum harmonisa, daya dan faktor daya. Pengamatan dan pengukuran dilakukan pada panel SDP sector 1 yang ada di PT. Techpack Asia. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar yang berlaku dan sesuai dengan nilai yang diijinkan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kualitas tegangan secara umum dalam keadaan baik. Kualitas Arus dan frekuensi juga dalam keadaan baik dan seimbang. Kandungan harmonisa tegangan (%THDV) pada fasa di panel panel SDP secara umum berada di atas standar yang di ijinkan (5%) Standar IEEE No. 519-1992. Kandungan harmonisa Arus (% THDi ) pada netral tidak sesuai standar yang ijinkan yaitu melebihi 15 % Standar IEEE No. 519-1992. Techpack Asia is a manufacturing company engaged in injection molding that produces cosmetics packaging beauty. PT. Techpack Asia requires a reliable electrical reliability and has good electrical power quality in order to maintain consistency in the production process. To maintain the quality of electrical power in the system required measurement and monitoring of the quality of electrical power within a certain period. These power quality measurements use a power quality analyzer tool, which by means can be detected and analyzed on electrical quantities, voltage and current waveforms, harmonic spectrum, power and power factor. Observations and measurements performed on the panel SDP sector 1 in PT. Techpack Asia. The data obtained is then compared to the applicable standards and in accordance with the allowable values. The results of the analysis indicate that the voltage quality condition is generally in good condition. Quality Flow and frequency are also in good condition and balanced. The voltage harmonic content (% THDV) in the phase in the panel of the SDP panel is generally above the permitted standard (5%) of the IEEE Standard No. 5. 519-1992. The current harmonics content (% THDi) on neutrals does not meet the allowable standard of exceeding 15% of IEEE Standards. 519-1992.
