Abstract

47.2% which varies in various populations. The incidence of uric acid experienced by the community around the WerguWetan health center which amounted to 28.5% occurred in elderly women. So the authors want to reduce the incidence of gout in the community around the WerguWetan health center by using non-pharmacological therapy for soursop juice. Research method: In this study the authors used the descriptive study method by using the nursing approach process. The subjects in this case study were clients with gout. Presentation of data by using material analysis content by comparing theories with facts found on clients. Result: Time of taking the case 29 January - 11 February 2018. The place for taking this research was in the working area of the UPT PuskesmasWerguWetan. The method of research by giving soursop juice for 2 weeks, carried out checking uric acid levels at the beginning of the study and after giving therapy for soursop juice. Conclusion: From the results of the study of the treatment of soursop juice for 2 weeks to clients with gout, the results showed that soursop juice therapy has an effect on reducing uric acid levels in clients with gout.
