Abstract

PERANCANGAN MONITORING DAN KONTROL TEMPERATURE DAN KELEMBABAN UDARA RUANG KONTROL PANEL MENGUNAKANN RASPBERRY Pi 2 BERBASIS IOT ABSTRAK Internet of Things (IoT) adalah hubungan objek fisik yang terhubung dengan elektronik, software, sensor, dan hubungan jaringan yang menjadikan objek – objek tersebut dapat saling mengumpulkan dan mengirim data. IoT memperbaharui sistem industri dengan sangat signifikan, konsep pengendalian dan pemonitoran yang disediakan oleh IoT sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dunia monitoring, salah satunya adalah dalam pemonitoran dan pengendalian kondisi temperatur dan kelembaban udara ruang kontrol panel. Pengontrolan udara sangat penting untuk menjaga komponen – komponen kontrol panel. Mesin akan bekerja secara maksimal dan komponen – komponen kontrol akan lebih optimal saat mesin beroprasi juga saat mencapai beban yang sangat tinggi. Dengan konsep IoT, menggunakan perangkat monitoring dan kontrol temperature dapat memonitoring secara langsung dan dapat di akses dari perangkat lain. Data – data hasil pengukuran akan tersimpan pada data base yang dapat di gunakan untuk analisa udara di ruang kontrol panel. Data analisa digunakan untuk perawatan sistem pendingin juga memperbaharui sistem pendinginan ruang kontrol panel. Kata Kunci : Kontrol Panel, IoT, Temperature, Kelembaban, monitoring. ABSTACT Internet of Things (IoT) is the relationship of physical objects connected to electronics, software, sensors, and network connections that enable them to collect and transmit data. IoT update the industrial system very significantly, the control and monitoring concepts provided by IoT are very useful to improve the efficiency of the monitoring world, one of which is in monitoring and controlling the temperature and humidity conditions of the control panel air room. Air control is very important to maintain the control panel components. The engine will work optimally and the control components will be more optimal when the machine is operating also when it reaches a very high load. With the IoT concept, using monitoring and temperature control devices can monitor directly and can be accessed from other devices. The measured data will be stored on a data base that can be used for air analysis in the control panel. Data analyzes used for cooling system maintenance also update the panel control room cooling system. Keywords: Control Panel, IoT, Temperature, Humidity, monitoring.
