Abstract
Health degrees are the indicators of the progress of a society. Factor affecting the health degrees of the society includes health. The major health problem experienced by people in developing countries, especially Indonesia, is pulmonary tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by M. Tuberculosi. Flyer is a medium that is often found in many places. It is a sheet of paper which is distributed in certain places, and people can take it and save it freely. This case study aims to evaluate the giving of flyers to increase knowledge and compliance in treatment programs.The writerhas 2 respondents in Semarang public health bureauor Balkesmas as the subjects. The respondents who suffer from pulmonary tuberculosisare given flyers. The methods of data collection of this research use interview techniques and physical examination. Descriptive analysis method is done by describing knowledge and adherence to taking medication with a measuring instrument, which is observation sheet.After giving the flyer, there is a chaneof knowledge and compliance of the patients in the treatment program. The conclusion is that there is an increase of knowledge and obedience in treatment programs after giving flyers. Keywords: Tuberculosis, flyer
