Abstract
Hypertermi is an increase in body temperature associated with the inability of the body to eliminate heat or the inability to reduce heat production. Hypertemia occurs inability of heat loss mechanism to compensate for excessive heat production so that an increase in body temperature occurs. Nursing actions to deal with the problem of hyperthermia in clients include assessment, data analysis, nursing diagnosis, nursing interventions, nursing implementation, and evaluations found in nursing care. The results show that after 2 days of nursing care for clients 1 and 2, hyperthermatic problems can be resolved. Results of An body temperature. S 38,50C, An.A 38,60C, An L 38,80C, after taking action for 2 days with priority intervention compress water tepid sponge obtained results. S 36.50C and patient 2 An. A with a body temperature of 36.50C, the goal of nursing care for hyperthermia problems in patients 1 and 2, 3 was achieved. Conclusions from the study after nursing care was carried out on clients 1 and 2, 3 obtained an increase in body temperature can be resolved. Giving warm compresses can reduce body temperature.
